3. Account Registration & Security

  3. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  4. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.


4. Acceptable Use

  4. Misuse WhatsApp Business API in violation of WhatsApp’s terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.


5. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

  2. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
  3. All payments are non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Trial Period

  1. We offer a 14-day free trial for new users.
  2. No credit card is required for the trial.
  3. At the end of the trial, your account will require a paid subscription to continue accessing premium features.

  1. We are not responsible for the performance, terms, or policies of these third parties.
  2. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

  1. All content, software, and materials on AIGrowBot are owned by Dawki Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors.
  2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business purposes.
  3. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. AIGrowBot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
  2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
  3. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 1 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dawki Infotech Pvt. Ltd. its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  2. Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.


11. Termination

  3. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
